We've just had a lovely relaxing weekend staying here in Tiny Birch. Very cosy, beautiful decor, great welcome pack with everything we needed. Lucky to have beautiful weather, breakfast in the garden and Sunday sitting outside The Anchor. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks Emma!
Had an amazing week in Tiny Birch - beautiful cottagewith everything you could need - cosy and warm with a really big comfy bed, gorgeous court yard garden for eating outdoors....
The cottage is wonderful, very cosy. A beautiful village with just about everything you need, set in the wonderful Stour valley. So much history I can only wonder why my ancestors left for a life in Somerset in the 1300's!
Grove Cottages you never disappoint us, another gem in Suffolk where we have thoroughly enjoyed as we have very high expectations of your cottages.
Kersey is as perfect a village as you will find anywhere in England (and I live in the Cotswolds, which is full of contenders). The cottage is comfortable with especially soft beds. I imagine the log burning stove to be a feature of winter stays but the weather was too warm for us to indulge. The best thing for me - apart from the pretty garden was the sheer age of the place. I wish I had a dog to take advantage of the walks - perhaps you should offer to hire them out!
Wow, what an amazing cosy cottage! Full of charm and character, beautifully decorated. The welcome basket is a lovely touch. A most memorable weekend, thank you both.
Excellent cottage for two, all you need to relax in a lovely village. We enjoyed our travels to the surrounding villages. The welcome pack was very generous and of high quality. Lovely walks and very nice pubs in the area.
Delightful cottage and village - a well needed peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of life. Fantastic range of birds in the garden. Thank you for such a well equipped cottage and the wonderful welcome pack. Would like to come again, when we could see some sunshine!
What a cosy and enchanting Christmas. As oasis of calm and tranquility, where we could relax and shed the burdens of the world beyond. Wonderful walks in the crisp winter landscape, friendly pubs and neighbours. Thank you Emma and team - the Christmas tree was a lovely touch x
Peace and tranquility. What a lovely cottage in an idyllic setting. Nayland is old world, and we enjoyed a most beautiful walk by the river. The people were so friendly and warm - we will definitely return. Thank you Emma for the wonderful breakfast produce.
We absolutely loved this place! Felt so at home right away, the perfect cosy hideaway for a week of studying, relaxing, playing a few games and eating and drinking far too much!! I wish it was my own little bolthole. We also indulged our pyromania with the wood burner!! Thank you.
We have had one of the best Bank Holidays in this lovely cosy cottage! From the minute we arrived we loved everything about it, and the little touches were really really nice. We will be coming back and are very grateful for all the supplies. Thanks again and we hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did! See you soon xx p.s. will stay for longer next time!
Thank you so much for letting this charming cottage to us for the weekend. We have had a lovely time, so relaxing and peaceful. What a wonderful pub you have on the river. We loved it and will recommend to friends. Suffolk is stunning -:)
Just to let you know what a fantastic time Charlie (my Springer Spaniel) and myself had whist staying at your gorgeous cottage. Everything was absolutely perfect - including the weather! The local produce you left was delightful too and made for the most magnificent breakfasts! For the last five years I've had a cunning plan to take a delicious early retirement and settle in the Yorkshire Dales - but now I am thinking of looking a little farther south to Suffolk!
A lovely time in this quiet and charming village. The welcome pack is a very nice touch - thank you. Enjoyed all our walks in and around the village very much.
Very well appointed accommodation with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Friendly welcome and nice welcome basket!
Thank you Emma!! The welcome pack was gratefully received. We love your cottage and have had a great, much needed, few days. Great food at the local pub as well!
We had a wonderful break in Tiny Birch. The cottage is beautiful and the decor exactly to our taste!! Many thanks indeed for everything and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Thank you again.
Lovely little house equipped with everything you need.
Emma was a really welcoming host and everything we needed was in the cottage. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Tiny Birch is quirky and quaint, even though it dates from medieval times it has all the facilities that we need for 2015. Very relaxing weeks break, the village of Nayland is very pretty and has some lovely walks.
Tiny Birch is an ideal location in a gem of a village. The cottage must be very cosy in winter and is nice and cool in summer. Nice courtyard, great for breakfast on a summers morning.
A wonderful cosy romantic cottage of a very high standard. Will definitely be using Grove Cottages again.
Tiny Birch is a cosy and cute cottage. Our stay has been wonderful, the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We're planning our next trip to Suffolk and will be staying at Grove Cottages once again.
Tiny Birch is amazing - cute, romantic and cosy
Tiny Birch may be small in size, but it's got masses of charm. Emma was a friendly, helpful host and we hope to stay here again.
We had a lovely stay. We wanted somewhere relaxed and cosy to spend a few days following our wedding, and Tiny Birch met all our expectations. A very friendly welcome and a thoughtful extra gift from Emma, in congratulations. Would definitely recommend and hope we can stay in a Grove Cottage again.
Very cosy and comfortable cottage and was everything we hoped for. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The local information supplied was very useful.
Really enjoyed the stay! Got to relax from our normal lives in the city.

Really great stay. Locals very welcoming and friendly too!
We come to visit Suffolk a couple of times a year. We love the countryside and quaint villages and properties. We were once again, delighted with the property and it's area setting. Thank you Grove Cottages.
Had a lovely time at Tiny Birch, everything was just as I hoped it would be. Very picturesque location, pretty cottage, log fire - but still with the mod cons, like a good shower, dishwasher and high standard kitchen.
T - Terrific I - Idyllic N - Nicer than nice! Y - Yummy food at The Anchor! B - Beautiful I - Immaculate R - Relaxing C - Charming and cosy H - Homely Thank you for a wonderful few days away - wish it could have been a longer stay. Maybe next time!.....

Beautifully restored, nice kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable bed! Lovely village with excellent walks.
An amazing cottage and a fabulous stay. Thank you very much.
Gorgeous cottage in gorgeous village. Very friendly people - Nayland, an amazing piece of history.
This is a truly inspirational cottage, living up to its accommodation description and exceeded our expectation.
Good things come in small packages.
Dear Emma Big Thank you. You passed with flying colours. We have stayed with Grove Cottages frequently and your standard is their standard. Well Done 5 Star X
We will be highly recommending this cottage as a tranquil getaway, from a busy, hectic working lifestyle. It was so peaceful to have no technology, and to sit in front of a roaring fire whilst listening to an owl hoot outside!
Three sunny days in Suffolk. Tiny Birch is very special and the village of Nayland offers so much and the surrounding area, great to explore.
